How we decide grants between meetings, what trustees may approve alone, and the conflict-of-interest rules we follow at the table.

Adopted 2022, reviewed annually. Names the designated safeguarding lead among the trustees and the parish-council referral pathway.

The Charity Commission scheme that governs the charity. Defines the area of benefit, the trustee composition, and the original donor purposes.

A booklet researched by John Mosedale with the parish records office in Lincoln. The seventeenth-century origins of the Nevile fund, the late-Victorian Summers bequest, and the 1964 amalgamation.
