Each report is signed by the Chair, the treasurer, and an independent examiner. Each is filed on time with the Charity Commission, then printed and bound for the village hall display.

All accounts are also filed with the Charity Commission for England and Wales and are publicly available on the register entry for charity 219964. Reports before 2017–18 are held in paper form at the Old Vicarage and may be inspected by appointment.
