The Annual Harvest Tea

Our biggest evening of the year. Tea, sandwiches, cakes brought by parishioners, a short reading from the Chair, and the unveiling of the Summers Bursaries autumn shortlist.

Open to all parishioners. Accounts, trustees' report, an open Q&A, and the AGM tea. Held at Aubourn Village Hall. Papers available a fortnight in advance.

Carol service at St Peter's, Aubourn

The trustees co-sponsor the parish carol service with St Peter's. Mulled wine and mince pies in the village hall afterwards. Hearing-loop hire paid for by the Parish Wellbeing Fund.

By kind invitation of the family, an afternoon in the gardens of Aubourn Hall. Tea on the lawn. A short walk to St Peter's. Donations to the Estate Charity at the gate, gratefully received.

Trustee surgery

A standing invitation, every first Saturday of the month at Aubourn Village Hall. Come for a cup of tea, ask a question, refer a household, or simply say hello. Two trustees on duty each session.
